You quote each work. After a sale we pay that confirmed amount — no 50/50 split, and no change if the retail price moves.

赛尚艺术是面向北美与欧洲的中国书画线上画廊。您为自己的作品确定结算价；我们负责上架、推广与成交。日常推广免费，作品售出前仍由您保管。独家仅覆盖海外线上——大陆、港澳及线下市场仍由您自行安排。
You set the settlement price. We list, promote, and sell in our own name. Routine promotion is free. Exclusivity is overseas and online only.

Routine promotion is free
官网页面、Artsy、Artnet、社交媒体和藏家推介，费用由我们承担。只有您另行选择的专属广告才另计。
Artist pages, Artsy, Artnet, social media, and collector introductions are on us. Dedicated ads are optional and quoted first.

运费不从结算价扣除
Shipping is not deducted
发往买家的运输、保险和清关由我们承担。您报价时不必把国际运费计算在内。
Shipping, insurance, and clearance to the buyer are ours. You do not need to build international freight into your quote.

作品由您保管
Works stay with you
售出前由您保管。买家付款后，我们再通知您发货。无需提前将作品寄往海外。
You keep the work until it sells. We only ask you to ship after the buyer has paid. No advance consignment overseas.
How it works
从提交到收款
作品经我们审核通过后，即纳入合作，不必再另签作品清单。

提交作品

把图片和文字资料发给我们，并给出该件作品的结算价。可通过网站上传，或用邮件、微信等发送。

审核上架
Review
我们根据品质、定位和市场判断审核，完整资料一般在 10 个工作日内回复。通过后进入官网与合作平台。

推广成交
Promote
我们以自己的名义面向北美、欧洲及其他海外线上买家推广和销售，不保证件数或时间。

由您安排发货
You ship
成交后 5 个工作日内，按我们的发货通知以专业艺术品方式包装发出，并办理中国出境手续。运费由我们承担。
05
按结算价收款
We settle
买家签收且退货期过后，20 个工作日内向您支付结算价。可通过银行转账、微信或支付宝。
Pricing
结算价与零售价
买家向画廊支付的是成交价。您收到的是事先确认的结算价。二者之间的差额为画廊毛利，用于覆盖 Artsy / Artnet 佣金、支付手续费、运费保险、常规推广和汇兑，均不从您的结算价中扣除。
The buyer pays us. You receive your confirmed quote. Platform fees, shipping, and routine promotion come out of our margin.

Channels
作品会出现在哪里
我们会为您建立艺术家与作品页面，并在 Artsy、Artnet 等平台上架。平台订阅费用由我们承担。您也可以将已经售出的作品交给我们仅作展示，标为「已售」。
You grant us a royalty-free licence to use your images and texts for online promotion and sales. After the agreement ends, sales-related use stops within 30 days; archival and historical display may remain.
