I cannot distinguish between dust and earth, for the countless scrolls of ink and color are like lotus flowers.

Description
Two eagles perch on a pale ochre rock among bamboo, one dark, one rust-colored, with a yellow paper panel of large running-script verse above. The paired birds and the poem’s refusal of official rank turn a traditional eagle painting into a statement of independent spirit. One duplicate photograph in the source folder was omitted.
