Continuing the gourd motif in freehand style, this work employs a rich interplay of ink tones to depict vines with expressive spontaneity. The gourds are outlined in minimalist strokes full of tension and rhythm, while ink splashes and boldly washed leaves create depth through tonal variation. The twisting vines animate the composition with calligraphic energy, reinterpreting the gourd, a traditional symbol of good fortune, through a lens of modern artistic freedom.
